A regeneration scheme for a under funded area of the city comprising of both private and social housing for the local authority, along with all internal & external communal spaces, a 75 car underground car park, 3 court sports centre, and a community centre.

Arena Electrical carried out a full electrical installation of the project including the incoming electrical infrastructure for UKPN, LV distribution across the site to all units, small power and lighting across the site including all properties.

Arena also carried out all aspects of the security systems, Intercom Systems, fire detection systems, AOV systems and aerial systems in partnership with our sister company Arena Fire & Security (London) Ltd.

During this project Arena were presented with an award from Bouygues UK for being a company which was commended as a “Top Performer” at a presentation at Bouygues UK head office.
