A full building refit of the European & Middle East Headquarters of arguably the famous hotel brand in the world spread over 4 floors.

The project was a full building refit of four floors which incorporated executive offices, meeting rooms, general office spaces and individual offices along with comms room modifications, breakout areas, a main reception and a large restaurant with adjoining kitchen.

Arena Electrical carried out the installation of the full electrical & fire alarm package across the building which included, a new lighting control system, general and architectural lighting, small power for bother general use and that of the mechanical services and kitchen services.

A new custom made luminaire to the reception area was commissioned by Arena Electrical through our supply chain partners based purely on a design concept by the design team and sits proudly as the focal point in the main reception area.
